Service Scope
Chantilly Power Washing provides exterior cleaning services including house washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, and gutter cleaning. The specific scope of work, pricing, and expected timeline will be described in the estimate or service agreement provided before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust the scope of work if site conditions differ from the original assessment.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate access information, ensuring that the work area is accessible and safe for our technicians, and informing us of any hazards such as fragile surfaces, loose siding, hidden utilities, pets, or restricted access points. Before service begins, customers should confirm that any valuables, outdoor furniture, or delicate items are secured or removed from the cleaning area when necessary.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and may be subject to weather conditions or site readiness. We will communicate any schedule changes as promptly as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made in advance whenever possible. If access is not available on the scheduled date, or if the site is not ready for service, additional trip or service charges may apply.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the agreed terms stated in the estimate or invoice. We may require a deposit or payment in full before or at the time of service depending on the job type and scope. Any unpaid balance after the agreed due date may incur late fees or be subject to collection procedures as permitted by law.
Warranty and Limitations
We aim to provide high-quality exterior cleaning results using the appropriate techniques and equipment for the surface being treated. While we take care to protect property during service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, material wear, or conditions caused by age, weather, prior service, or improper maintenance. Results may vary depending on surface condition, staining, and environmental factors.
Safety and Property Protection
Our team will use reasonable care to protect your property during the work. However, no service provider can guarantee that all risks are eliminated on every property, particularly with older materials or complex outdoor conditions. Customers should notify us of any delicate features or concerns before work begins so that we can assess the safest method for the job.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chantilly Power Washing shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from service delivery, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business, property damage, or personal injury, except to the extent caused by our negligence or misconduct. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect operating needs, legal requirements, or service improvements. The most recent version will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after any update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
